Our Sales Revenue was RM334. In order to obtain the Gross Profit, we needed to subtract it with the price that we had paid to purchase the products from the supplier. Since we did not have any expenses, our Gross Profit was also our Net Profit.
We did not have any Fixed Asset but after selling our products, we obtained RM334 in the form of cash. As RM313 was paid to our supplier, our Net Profit became RM21. That made our Total Liability and Owner's Equity RM334.
Our Cash Flow Statement depicts that our Closing Balance at 31st December 2021 was RM334 because we did not invest any money into this business.
Our Break-Even Analysis shows that we would not suffer from any loss even if we did not manage to sell any products since we did not invest any capital into the business and we did not have any expenses since the start of the business.
Out of the seven founders of Hustle & Bustle Co., Sylvia Ling and Wong Xiu Jian were the ones who managed to sell some products. Thus, 50% of the Gross Sales was divided among them. Each of them had RM83.50 after the division.
The following founders, Cassandra Bong, Cecilia Dfyantee, Erija Dura, Mohammad Nur Firdaus, and Ng Sze Jin, who did not manage to sell any product each obtained RM33.40 after the rest of the Gross Sales was divided among them.
